Land Ownership in ALYSSIUN
To become a landowner, users have the option to purchase or participate in land-winning opportunities. ALYSSIUN hosts weekly events and tournaments, offering everyone the chance to acquire lands as prizes.
At ALYSSIUN, we do not prioritize the sale of lands, as we believe it could potentially impact the user experiences in some cases. We understand that some members of the community may desire the experience of acquiring land, and we are willing to consider it, as long as it does not harm the community as a whole.
Not all lands marked as “Available” are for sale. Most plots are intended for our community to create their own virtual spaces, ensuring equal access for everyone to ALYSSIUN. At ALYSSIUN, the experiences of our users are the most important, and we will not compromise the safety and comfort of our community in any way.
In ALYSSIUN, you have the opportunity to become a landowner or use lands for free, each with its distinct features:
Owner:
As a landowner, you can sell or rent out your lands to other users.
When you sell your land, you’ll receive 90% of the total selling price, with ALYSSIUN retaining 10% as its share.
Free Use:
Users can build on free lands as well.
However, free lands cannot be sold or rented to others.
If you are not active in ALYSSIUN, your space will be relocated to a different land every month.
ALYSSIUN thrives on community engagement, so it’s essential for each land to have a purpose where players can interact and create immersive experiences.
Terms
– ALYSSIUN promotes active land usage, so empty lands are not permitted.
– You need to stay active in your space. You can organize weekly events or play with your friends, but inactive spaces are not allowed, as other users may want to utilize them.
– If you possess free land but it remains inactive and unused, it may be transferred to another user who can make better use of it.
– Landowners are also required to actively utilize their lands. While you can sell, rent, or permit others to use your land, it should not remain unused.
– If a landowner will not be active for a month, the land can be used by another user from the waiting list. When the landowner wants to use their land again, they can request it back with 15 days notice. ALYSSIUN will then send a notification to the user who is currently using the land to vacate it.
